Huggy Light Compression Socks were developed in response to customers asking for a comfortable knee-high sock that could support their legs through long days of sitting, standing or travelling. The light compression is designed to encourage circulation and help reduce that tired, achy or swollen feeling that can build up when fluid pools in your legs.

Huggy has a specially developed knitted structure that creates gentle, consistent compression without squeezing the life out of you. They’re easy to pull on, comfortable enough to wear all day and stay perfectly in place without slipping or rolling down thanks to a sticky silicone hold-up band around the inside of the top edge. Unlike firmer compression socks that can feel restrictive or be a faff to get on, Huggy gives you wearable everyday support that fits a wide range of legs.

Pull them on before a flight or long journey, wear them through a shift spent on your feet, or reach for them when you know you’ll be sitting still for hours. They’re ideal for doctors, nurses, teachers, hairdressers, retail, warehouse and factory workers, as well as runners and anyone who regularly experiences tired or heavy legs. Finished in classic black, they’re practical, discreet and easy to wear with your everyday wardrobe.

Allt började med att vår grundare Brie tröttnade på att hennes strumpbyxor ramlade ner mitt på gatan när hon var på väg till jobbet.

Det visade sig att hon inte var ensam. Efter att ha upptäckt att 90% av alla människor inte kunde hitta strumpbyxor som passade ordentligt bestämde hon sig för att lösa problemet.

Very soft, easy to put on, very light compression

I was skeptical because they’re so sheer and light, but they really did make a difference. I have one ankle and foot that swell due to a previous injury, and if I sit at my desk for too long they puff up. I wore these and they did swell a little, but it was much less than if I weren’t wearing compression at all, and not too far off from the results of my regular old lady compression socks.

They are very comfortable and easy to put on, but I do worry about the durability since they’re so sheer and light. I was wary of the silicon strips at the cuffs, because I hate that slimy sticky texture, but I didn’t notice it once on.

I would say if you need serious compression they may not have much effect, but if you need something light with mild compression then these are pretty good. I can definitely feel the squeeze around my feet, which is where I need it the most.

Hopefully one day they can make some neutral skin tones and more fun shades.

My prayers have been answered!

Ever since buying my first tights I have wished for a knee sock. So, when I saw these I jumped on them. These knee socks fit perfectly and do exactly what I need them to do. I am on the verge of buying another 6 pairs, so that I will never be without them. Thank you beyond measure from the bottom of my heart. I love you guys to the moon and back...and back again!!

Emphasis on "light" compression

The compression on these was significantly lighter than I expected. I wouldn't personally classify them as compression socks, but they work very well with the knee high boots I purchased them for. I wouldn't buy them purely for compression but I'm still reasonably happy with them.

Very comfy but grip band not great for me

Like all snag tights, these are buttery soft, wonderfully stretchy and very easy to put on. Not enough compression for me (I have POTS), but good for the days I can't face dragging on my usual thick compression socks.
There is a silicone/ rubber band on the inside to help them stay up. Unfortunately my skin reacted to it - my skin is ridiculously sensitive. I didn't see this on the description when I bought them. I plan to wear them inside out or with the top folded down in future.

The item itself is lovely and soft, however the 2nd time i wore them the one leg kept rolling down, never experienced this from snag before as always 5*. Very disappointed with them.
