Mock-strømpebånd

Mock garter tights are printed or colour-blocked to look like you're wearing suspenders and stockings, without any of the separate straps or clips. Real suspender tights use actual cut-outs and straps to hold up separate stockings, while mock versions are just one piece of fabric you pull on like a normal pair of tights. It's the look of suspenders with none of the fuss of wearing them.

Snag's mock garter tights are made in 80 denier, so they're fully opaque rather than sheer. That thicker denier is what makes the suspender print show up clearly, since sheer fabric wouldn't hold the pattern as well. You get the same coverage as our regular 80 denier tights, just with the suspender design built in.

Mock garter tights work with pretty much anything you'd wear regular opaque tights with: skirts, dresses, or shorts if you want the print fully on show. They work as well dressed up for a night out as they do peeking out under a longer skirt in the day.

Hand wash mock garter tights in cold water with a mild detergent to keep the print looking sharp for longer. Squeeze out the excess water gently rather than wringing, then lay them flat to dry instead of using the tumble dryer. Treating them a little more carefully than basic tights helps the pattern and the fabric both last.
