How do you tie a wrap dress?
Our wrap dress has a sewn-in elasticated belt, so you wrap it round and tie it at the front like any wrap style. It's a true wrap rather than a faux one with a hidden zip, so the fabric overlaps generously all the way round your body. Once it's tied, that's it, no fiddly buttons or poppers.
Will a wrap dress stay closed, or does it gape open?
The elasticated belt sewn into it holds the wrap in place, and because the fabric overlaps generously rather than just meeting in the middle, there's a lot less risk of the classic wrap dress gape. You can tie it as tight or as loose as you like, so you can adjust for extra security through the day if you want it.
Does the wrap dress have pockets?
Yes, it has deep functional pockets built into the seams, so there's somewhere to actually put your phone or keys. They're part of the dress, not stitched on as an afterthought.
What fabric is the wrap dress made from?
At Snag we make our wrap dresses from soft, breathable fabric, in either cotton or polyester depending on the style, with 3/4 length sleeves that have a bit of stretch built in. It's designed to be worn comfortably all day, from a desk to dinner.
