How Light Compression Works
After a lot of development and testing, we built a knitting structure with real tension throughout the whole garment, not just a tighter top band. That tension is what gives you light compression through the whole leg, helping keep circulation moving and taking the edge off the aches that come with a long day up and about.

No. Huggy tights and socks give light, everyday compression through the knitting structure and tension, not medical-grade support. If you need medical compression hosiery, speak to a healthcare professional first.
What's the difference between the tights and the sock?
Same knitting structure, same light compression, just a different shape. The tights cover the whole leg across our usual 7-size curve; the knee sock is a shorter style built in two size bands based on shoe size.
What size sock should I get?
The knee sock comes in two size bands by UK shoe size: 3 to 6, and 7 to 11. Check the size guide on the product page if you're between sizes.
