Sì, se avete scelto la consegna tracciata, fate clic sul link contenuto nell'e-mail di spedizione per vedere lo stato del vostro ordine. L'e-mail di spedizione contiene una data di consegna stimata per darvi un'idea di quando arriverà il vostro pacco. Queste date non sono fisse e il vostro ordine può arrivare leggermente prima o leggermente dopo queste date.
Posso cambiare il mio indirizzo di consegna dopo aver effettuato l'ordine?

Consegna e restituzione
Quanto tempo ci vuole per la consegna da Snag?
Dipende da dove si vive. I tempi di consegna stimati sono indicativi e il vostro ordine può arrivare poco prima o poco dopo questi tempi.
Quanto costa la consegna?
Offriamo sempre la spedizione più economica e migliore disponibile. Quando possibile, si tratta di spedizioni postali piuttosto che di corrieri. Il prezzo da pagare si basa sul peso dell'ordine, ma nel complesso è il costo più basso.
Posso cambiare gli articoli del mio ordine dopo averlo effettuato?
Faremo del nostro meglio! Gli ordini possono essere modificati solo prima che il pacco inizi il suo viaggio attraverso il magazzino. Come posso restituire gli articoli?
Vogliamo che il vostro acquisto vi piaccia! Se avete bisogno di restituire qualcosa, ecco come funziona:
You have 90 days to return eligible items
Intimates (Tights, Chub Rubs, Smoothwear & Underwear) – We can only accept returns if the items haven’t been tried on.
Clothing & Bras – These can be tried on, but they must be returned in brand-new condition with all tags and labels still attached. See notes regarding garments bags.
Swimwear – You can try on swimwear, but the hygiene strip must remain in place for us to accept the return.
Notes on Return Eligibility:

If you chose our guaranteed returns policy when you bought your items, you can complete your return without any extra fees at all!
If you didn't opt for guaranteed returns at checkout, don't worry—we'll simply let you know what the label fees are while you're setting up your return in the portal.
Keep in mind that label fees apply to each return you send. To save on fees, it's best to group your items from an order together in one return rather than sending them separately! Return packages should only contain items from one order.
Please make sure everything in your package is accounted for. We might not be accept or process items that aren't identified in your return request.
All returns make their way back to our UK warehouse. Since they have a bit of a journey, please allow some extra travel time for everything to be finalised.

What are Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns?
Our fantastic new guaranteed returns system allows you to pay a small fee upfront for total peace of mind, just in case you need to send an item back later on! 
Of course, we want you to fall in love with your new Snags and get the perfect fit straight away, but think of this as your helpful back-up option. 
By paying a little in advance, you won’t have to worry about more costly label fees if you do decide to arrange a return down the line. 
Please make sure everything in your package is accounted for. We might not be able to accept or process items that aren't identified in your return request.
Am I able to apply Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns across multiple orders?
To apply Checkout+ across more than one order, you'll just need to make sure it's added to each of those orders individually.
Our guaranteed returns system works its magic automatically, so it will only apply to the specific orders where it was purchased.
Don't worry though, you can still return items from any order even without Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns, just follow our usual returns process. 
Can I still return if I don’t add Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns?
Of course! Don’t worry, you can absolutely still send items back to us, even if you didn’t opt for guaranteed returns at checkout.
We always recommend choosing guaranteed returns as it offers a much better rate overall for total peace of mind! 
For one-off returns, the process is exactly the same—we'll simply let you know what any applicable label fees are while you're setting everything up in the portal. 
Keep in mind that label fees apply to each return you send. To save on fees, it's best to group your items together in one return rather than sending them separately!
Are there charges for returning?
Yes, and we always believe in being super clear about how everything works! Just like shipping your lovely Snags to you, there are similar costs involved in getting them back to us. 
We work really closely with our couriers to make sure we can offer you the most affordable and realistic rates possible.

Am I able to exchange items?

Come scegliere la taglia giusta dei collant Snag premaman?
Di solito consigliamo di prendere una taglia in più rispetto alla taglia Snag abituale, in modo da poter crescere. Alcune delle nostre clienti che normalmente indossano una taglia F o G hanno dichiarato che per loro è stato utile mantenere la stessa taglia anche in gravidanza, poiché le taglie F e G sono ancora più elastiche rispetto alle taglie A ed E.

Come si cura il collant Snag ?
Si consiglia di lavarli da soli per la prima volta e di lavarli prima di indossarli, poiché il colore non si trasferisce sempre, ma può trasferirsi. Ufficialmente, si dovrebbero lavare a mano con un "detersivo non aggressivo". Essendo persone impegnate, di solito li mettiamo a lavare a 30° C, con colori simili, all'interno dei nostri sacchetti di lavaggio appositamente realizzati (non aggiungetene uno al vostro ordine), oppure potete usare una federa o un sacchetto per la lingerie. Per quanto riguarda l'asciugatura, si consiglia di fare attenzione, di strizzare l'asciugatura e di evitare il calore diretto, in quanto può degradare l'elasticità.
