The Snag Referral Program is designed to reward our community for sharing the Snag love with new customers. By participating in this program, advocates and referred friends agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety.

1. Referral Rewards and Incentives
The program operates on a "Give €6, Get €6" basis. For every friend who successfully completes their first purchase via an advocate’s unique referral link, the advocate will receive a €6 voucher to be used on a future Snag order. There is no limit to the number of friends an advocate can refer; a €6 voucher will be issued for every successful and unique referral that meets the eligibility criteria defined herein.

2. Eligibility of the Referred Friend
The referral discount is valid only for individuals who have never previously made a purchase with Snag Tights under any email address, name, or shipping identity. To qualify as a successful referral, the friend must complete a purchase with a minimum order value of €30.00. If a friend has already shopped with Snag, no rewards will be issued to either party.

3. Reward Redemption and Usage
Vouchers issued to advocates are digital discount codes and are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for currency. All vouchers are subject to a minimum spend of €30.00 per transaction. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

4. Prevention of Fraud and Self-Referral
Snag Group Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding referral fraud. Advocates are strictly prohibited from referring themselves, creating multiple accounts, or using "disposable" email addresses to claim rewards. Our system utilizes advanced tracking to detect shared IP addresses, device IDs, and payment methods. Any attempt to manipulate the system or engage in "self-referral" will result in the immediate cancellation of all pending rewards and may lead to a permanent ban from the Snag Referral Program.

5. Program Amendments and Termination
Snag Group Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of program termination, any unused rewards may be voided. Snag Group Ltd further reserves the right to disqualify any participant or cancel any rewards if it is determined that the participant has acted in bad faith or in violation of these terms. This program is void where prohibited by law and is subject to the consumer protection regulations of the regions in which Snag Group Ltd operates.

The "Lifetime Supply of Tights" promotion is operated by Snag Group Ltd. By registering for the Snag Referral Program during the promotional period, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions and Prize Specification
The prize is defined as a "Lifetime Supply of Tights," which for the purposes of this promotion shall mean twelve pairs of Snag Tights per year for a maximum duration of twenty-five years. The prize will be facilitated via an annual issuance of store credit in the amount of €234.00, calculated based on the current average retail price of twelve pairs of standard tights at €19.50 each. This credit will be applied to the winner’s Snag account on the 1st of April each year for the duration of the twenty-five-year period. In the event of future retail price adjustments, Snag Group Ltd reserves the right to amend the annual credit value to ensure it continues to cover the cost of twelve standard pairs of tights.

2. Redemption and Shipping
The prize credit is applicable only to the retail cost of the products. The winner is solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the redemption of their prize at the point of checkout. Unused credit does not roll over to subsequent years and will expire twelve months after the date of issuance if not utilised. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

3. Promotional Period and Entry Requirements
This promotion is valid for entries received between 00:01 GMT on the 26th of February 2026 and 23:59 GMT on the 31st of March 2026. Entry into the prize draw is granted automatically upon successful registration for the Snag Referral Program via the official promotional form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase an individual’s chances of winning. Entry is limited to one per person. The promotion is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or older. Snag Tights reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of fraudulent activity, including the creation of multiple accounts or the use of automated registration services.

4. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected via an anonymous random draw conducted on the 1st of April 2026. To maintain total impartiality, every individual who has successfully registered for the program during the promotional period will be assigned a unique entry number. These numbers will be processed through a digital randomiser to select the winning entry. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of registration. If the selected winner is a resident of Canada, they may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim their prize.

5. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
Snag Group Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value or to amend these terms should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
