How to measure Snag Clothes
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.
Hips: Standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum.

I'm 5'3", 140ish lbs, and my weight sits in my thighs and boobs, and arms. I can fit the other skirts in this size by this brand perfectly. For this skirt I was worried I would rip the waist seam pulling it over my hips. Lol once on, it looks nice but I will have to take care in which undies to wear because linning will be seen. Once on it's super cute but I did have a to deal with some rising from the bottom. Tugging it down was needed. So. It's not perfect but it's not horrible.
