Lavate sempre i collant con colori simili, perché potrebbero rovinarsi durante il lavaggio. I collant e i pantaloncini possono rimanere impigliati nel cestello della lavatrice, quindi lavateli sempre a mano o metteteli in una federa o in un sacchetto per la lingerie per proteggerli. Asciugare sempre con una strizzatrice, non asciugare in asciugatrice, ed evitare il calore diretto per non compromettere l'elasticità.
